The Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) has teamed up with the digital art platform Artchild to introduce NFT collection of special limited edition tennis posters called “POSTERS.”
This collaboration will kick off during the Nitto ATP Finals, which will occur from November 12 to 19. The collection will include an official poster designed by the renowned artist Honor Titus. Each poster will also come with a digital collectible NFT on the Polygon blockchain priced at $50 each.
Honor Titus, an artist from Los Angeles, California, is not only famous for his artistic talent but also for his deep love for tennis. The partnership between ATP and Artchild is a tribute to the longstanding tradition of beloved sports posters that fans have cherished for many generations.
What makes “POSTERS” special is that it allows tennis fans to get involved in the creative process. Using the Artchild digital canvas and artist-selected color combinations, tennis enthusiasts can personalize and buy their versions of the Nitto ATP Finals Official Poster. These customized posters will be turned into physical prints and sent to fans’ homes.
Some of these fan-customized posters will be prominently showcased at the Pala Alpitour arena. The original poster, designed by Honor Titus, and its digital version will only be available for purchase during the 2023 Nitto ATP Finals.
The world’s top singles players participating in the 2023 Nitto ATP Finals will have the opportunity to create their unique versions of the Official Poster. These exclusive, one-of-a-kind posters will be made available to fans through an online auction held during the tournament, and all funds raised will go towards an environmental sustainability initiative aimed at enhancing green spaces in the city of Turin.
