Crypto: Win with $BEE, a token with real utility

In the changing landscape of crypto, few projects manage to combine real utility with a solid economic model. However, this is precisely the challenge that $BEE, a deflationary token at the heart of the Globees ecosystem, faces. $BEE crypto: A deflationary economy, a perpetual buying pressure!

The maximum issuance of the $BEE token is capped at 625 million units. However, far from being fixed, this supply constantly decreases. Indeed, each crypto transaction on Globees results in a token burn: real estate purchases, NFT minting, or booking nights. Over time, tokens are literally consumed, reducing the total quantity in circulation and exerting perpetual buying pressure on $BEE. For instance, as soon as a property is acquired, 1 million tokens are bought back and destroyed. Similarly, 15% of the value of each minted Globees NFT is burned at the moment of its creation.

The night booking process on the platform also participates in the regular burning of tokens. Thus, 15% of the tokens issued for a regular booking are burned. This percentage rises to 15% of the total amount for bookings paid directly in $BEE, offering a significant discount to users.

At the same time, the issuance of new $BEE remains strictly limited. Only 500 tokens are generated for each night booked. This rate will require at least 2000 bookings to offset the 1 million tokens burned during a real estate acquisition. Over a full year, this represents 5 and a half years of sustained activity.

Real utilities, a facilitated mass adoption 

Beyond its intelligent economic design, Globees – supported by the BPI (Public Investment Bank) and member of French Tech – has designed its BEE token to appeal to its users thanks to its numerous utilities within the ecosystem. 

Firstly, it allows the minting of Globees NFTs which provide numerous advantages to holders. From discounts on stays to participating in the project’s governance, including free nights, these so-called “non-fungible” tokens boost the adoption of the $BEE crypto.

The Globees NFT collection is divided into 4 rarity ranks, each associated with progressive benefits:

• The Forager is acquired for 20,000 $BEE and already opens the way to premium benefits
• The Architect 60,000 $BEE
• The Warrior 180,000 $BEE
• The jewel of the collection, the Queen for 540,000 $BEE. 

The higher the rank, the greater its attached benefits: exclusive discounts on properties owned by Globees, free stays, governance rights. A real added value for Globees NFT holders.

The token is also used as a means of payment to book stays on the platform. An even more attractive use since crypto holders benefit from substantial discounts. Finally, a financial component completes the range of $BEE utilities with staking and farming offers in partnership with the main crypto projects of MultiversX.

Enhanced crypto security thanks to the ESDT standard 

Built on the MultiversX blockchain (formerly Elrond), the BEE token benefits from the numerous advantages of the ESDT standard (Fungible Token Issued by Smart Contract). Unlike some tokens, the $BEE is a native digital asset of the protocol and not just a smart contract. This fundamental difference makes it totally immune to the vulnerabilities of smart contracts which, in the past, have caused massive siphoning of numerous crypto tokens. By combining a deflationary economy, real utilities, and enhanced security, the $BEE token positions itself as a crypto tool truly anchored in the real world.
