Tustin-based fintech lending platform Happy Money raised $50 million in Series D-1 capital led by Anthemis Group and CMFG Ventures.

San Diego-based biotech startup 1859 raised a $40 million Series A funding round led by Northpond Ventures and OMX Ventures.

beatBread, a music funding platform with offices in L.A., raised a $34 million seed round led by Deciens Capital.

L.A.-based cryptocurrency travel rewards company FlyCoin raised $33 million in a seed round led by investor Josh Jones.

L.A.-based Endgame, a product-led software sales platform, raised $30 million in Series B funding led by EQT Ventures.

San Diego-based biotech company Ucello Therapeutics raised a $25 million Series A round led by Matrix Partners China.

OpenNode, an L.A.-based Bitcoin payments processor, raised $20 million in Series A funding led by Kingsway Capital.

L.A.-based NFT and blockchain platform Ethernity raised a $20 million seed round from investors including Riot Games’ Thomas Vu, Fanatics’ Michael Rubin and former Google CEO Eric Schmidt.

Century City-based event management software startup Swoogo raised $20 million in Series B funding led by Bain Capital.

Santa Monica-based gaming startup Delphi Interactive raised nearly $17 million in funding, according to SEC filings.

Long Beach-based aviation startup Odys Aviation raised $12.4 million in seed funding from investors including Giant Ventures, Soma Capital, 11.2 Capital, Countdown Capital, Nikhil Goel and Kyle Vogt.

Venice-based Web3 startup Artema Labs raised nearly $10 million in funding, according to SEC filings.

Santa Monica-based ecommerce platform Spacejoy raised a $4 million pre-Series A round led by Accel Partners.

Newport Beach-based health-tech wearables company Bodymatter raised nearly $3 million in seed funding.

L.A.-based kombucha brand Better Booch raised $2.5 million in a seed round led by Crush Ventures.

San Diego-based travel app Sēkr raised a $2.25 million seed round led by Storyteller Overland.

SwayBrand, an L.A.-based multicultural influencer platform, received an undisclosed investment from Accenture Ventures’ Black Founders Development Program.
