Ethereum stakers who have deposited their currency with the help of third-party intermediaries such as coin base and Lido have nothing to worry about. Their staked ETH and the rewards generated by the deposits will be available after successfully implementing the Shanghai upgrade.

Independent validators who have directly staked with the Ethereum network need to provide a withdrawal address to get their staked funds. Validators can opt for either partial or full withdrawal. A partial withdrawal will send all funds and rewards generated to the withdrawal address except the minimum deposit amount of 32 ETH. To fully withdraw the staking process, validators need to send an exit message using their validator keys and validator client.
