Crypto prices today: Market turns steady, Bitcoin above $16000, Shiba Inu & Decentraland surge

The price of bitcoin went above $16000 this morning, Ethereum up by 3.17%, Shiba Inu and Sandbox increased by 0.69%,and 3.62% respectively.

On November 24, the global crypto market cap rose by 1.85 percent to $838.39B, while the total market volume fell by 2.94 percent to $61.57B. The price of bitcoin went above $16000 this morning, and it is now worth $16,726.44 after a 1.09 percent increase in the last 24 hours. This represents a shift of 2.70 percent from yesterday and -71.24 percent from one year ago.

As of (0930 IST), the price of Ethereum was $1,203.19, up from $1,163.67 yesterday but down from $4355.42 one year ago, indicating a 3.17 percent gain in its current worth. The FTX token fell 6.66 percent today to trade at $1.30, compared to gains of 7.29 percent yesterday, along with other popular cryptocurrencies, such as VIDT Datalink, whose price fell by 11.29 percent. The Curve DAO token, on the other hand, rose 1.59 percent to $0.670193, according to the CoinMarketCap trending list.

Other currencies like Solana registered gains of 12.16 percent to $14.51, BNB increased by 9.63 percent to $299.60, and Tether surged by 0.03 percent to $0.999320 in the last 24 hours.

Top gainers include Klaytn, BinaryX, Solana, and Huobi Token, with current growth rates of 13.90 percent, 12.88 percent, 11.97 percent, and 11.14 percent, respectively. On the other side, Litecoin, Osmosis, Bitcoin Cash, and Chiliz were the top losers.

Overall meme coin value decreased, while top coins increased

The overall value of meme coins has decreased by 0.82 percent over the last day to $0.022904. Shiba Inu saw a 0.69 percent boost in value to $0.000009, Dogecoin saw a 0.23 percent gain to $0.082610, and Vita Inu saw a 2.56 percent increase to $1.39e-8.

Sandbox and Decentraland rose

Popular Metaverse coin Decentraland grew by 3.80 percent to $0.402444, Axie Infinity dropped by 0.13 percent to $6.89, and Sandbox advanced by 3.62 percent to $0.582901.
