Ellington Properties’ Nitin Bhatnagar signs Dh340 million agreement with entrepreneur Abdul Razeq Abdul Ahad

Valued at Dh340 million, the project will feature 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments in a central location within the established Dubai Hills Estate neighbourhood. The 12-floor residential project in addition to the ground and parking levels will have a limited collection of only 150 elegantly designed apartments with exceptional design aesthetics. The design and master planning for the new residential project will commence shortly.
