Endless Clouds Chooses Immutable to Launch Its First Blockchain Games

Endless Clouds, the mobile gaming studio founded by @Loopifyyy and backed by Animoca Brands, Skyvision Capital, and Momentum 6 has announced a partnership with Immutable to launch its first NFT games on Immutable zkEVM.

This alliance will see Endless Clouds release its first two NFT games Treeverse and Capsule Heroes. 

Treeverse is a massively multiplayer online roleplaying game (MMORPG) that takes place in the mythical world of Lorwick. Players explore the city and engage in battles against monsters collecting rare resources and building machinery.

On the other hand, Capsule Heroes is a gritty player-versus-player battling game where gamers are also allowed to team up with their friends to participate in various game modes including Occupy, Team Deathmatch, and Survival.

According to the announcement, Treeverse and Capsule Heroes will initially launch in open alpha and beta formats to encourage community participation in the development process. Led by founder Loopifyyy, Endless Clouds boasts nearly $100 million in NFT trading according to a press statement on Tuesday.

Commenting on the announcement, Loopify said: “Community support for our studio has been incredible, and with the highly anticipated releases of Treeverse and Capsule Heroes nearing fruition, we needed to make a critical infrastructure decision for where our games will be featured.”

Loopify stressed selected Immutable to host its two blockchain games after carefully considering all available options, highlighting the “seamless and efficient experience [the games’] community will encounter when building on Immutable’s zkEVM technology.”

Robbie Ferguson, Immutable President & Co-Founder commented: “With this partnership, we aren’t just signalling a promising future for these two titles – we’re continuing to drive a turning point for the overall games industry as the blockchain vertical continues to mature.”
