Line Next reveals launch date for NFT-centric games – Cryptopolitan

Line Next, a subsidiary of Line, the popular Asian social app, has announced plans to launch five new games on its upcoming Web3 gaming platform, Game Dosi. The company plans to release the games in the second half of 2023. The new games include Sweet Monster Guardians, Drawship Kingdom Reverse, and Project GD. Each game will feature unique materials and offer rewards to players.

Sweet Monster Guardians, developed by Movisoft, will be the first game to offer NFT pre-sales on the Game Dosi platform. It is a browser-based strategic defense game that focuses on the strategic placement of unique characters.

Drawship Kingdom Reverse, developed by Nolatency Limited, offers NFT rewards through avatars, machines, and dolls. Finally, Project GD is an internally-developed IP that will span multiple games over time and will be a competitive trading card game with NFT-based decks of cards.

Game Dosi is built on the Finschia blockchain, previously known as Line Blockchain and before that the Link Chain, with LINK as its native cryptocurrency. The platform aims to offer a unique gaming experience to players while also providing NFT rewards.

Line Next plans to launch a secondary lineup of additional titles featuring globally popular content in the second half of 2023. Game Dosi is set to launch on May 18, and the company plans to offer a membership sale with gold and platinum-tier NFT passes that grant benefits such as early access to the new games.

The platform will also provide NFT rewards from its forthcoming Project GD game. Players can earn these rewards by completing missions that can be found on the Line Next’s community website.

There is a May 31 deadline for these rewards, and the company will also offer a raffle with participation based on the number of Discord sign-ups for Game Dosi. Under the creed of “Gamer First, Web3 Next,” Game Dosi aims to provide a unique gaming experience for players while offering NFT rewards.

Line Next’s focus on Web3 technology, combined with its plans to release globally popular titles, makes it an exciting addition to the NFT gaming space.
