The overall Reddit Digital Collectible collection crosses 14.38 million holders on Polygon barely 24 hours after the launch of Generation 4.

In a groundbreaking achievement for the digital collectibles scene, Reddit’s entire NFT collection, spanning Seasons 1 to 4, has reached new heights, surpassing an impressive 14.38 million holders on the Polygon blockchain. 

The latest data from Dune Analytics reveals that this milestone comes shortly after the highly-anticipated release of the Reddit Generation 4 (Season 4) NFTs, setting a new standard in the ever-evolving NFT landscape.

Significant fluctuations in user engagement have marked the journey to the remarkable milestone of 14.38 million holders. The overall NFT collection saw impressive growth in holders starting from November 2022.

Holders increased to 7.18 million by February of this year. However, subsequent months saw a period of stabilization before experiencing another massive surge in holders during April. This renewed surge has led to the current milestone of 14.38 million holders.

Reddit NFTs Generation 4

The recently-launched Generation 4, dubbed “Retro Reimagined,” features contributions from 100 talented NFT creators, such as Cool Cats NFT and Micah Johnson’s Aku characters. Following the drop on July 26, the collection has captured the attention of millions worldwide since its inception. 

With each NFT minted on the Ethereum scaling solution Polygon network, users have embraced the opportunity to own unique digital collectibles. The NFTs allow them to customize their avatars with diverse outfits and accessories. Some of the collectibles have already sold out as of press time.

The Reddit NFT collection boasts other impressive achievements. With a staggering 18.32 million total NFT collectible avatars issued throughout Seasons 1 to 4, the collection demonstrates the widespread appeal of digital assets as a form of art and personal expression. 

The collection’s total market cap now stands at an impressive $49.086 million, cementing NFTs’ position as a substantial player in cryptocurrency.

The trading activity accompanying these milestones is equally impressive, with cumulative sales for the avatars reaching an astounding 341.26K, accumulating a total sales volume of $34.46 million.

In the past 24 hours since the Gen 4 drop, the collection has generated a sales volume of $46,183, featuring 700 total sales. Among these transactions, a notable highlight includes the Reddit Cup 2022 avatar, which boasts a substantial listing price of $1,878.
