Welcome to Richmond Homearama 2023! This Fall’s Show is a 14-day new home spectacular featuring five designer furnished dream homes in New Kent’s Viniterra community. Each home will showcase unique architectural style, the top decorating trends and designs, new ideas, and the latest technology, specifically for Richmond Homearama. The show is hosted by the Home Building Association of Richmond (HBAR).

Viniterra is in New Kent County and offers cottage and estate homes. The 2023 Richmond Homearama Homes are priced from just over $1 Million Dollars to over $2 Million Dollars and feature first floor primary suites, luxurious outdoor living spaces, designer kitchens and so much more.

From the moment you pass through the gates into the enclave of Viniterra, you are greeted by the copious amenities that abound. Richmond Homearama 2023 at Viniterra is scheduled from October 7 through October 29, 2023, Thursdays through Sundays from 11:00am-6:00pm with special events and extended hours on Thursday until 8:00pm.
