Ripple (XRP) Organizing Invite Only WEF Conference October 14, 2020 through October 15, 2020

Ripple Swell Global is scheduled to be held from October 14, 2020 through October 15, 2020.  Ripple Insights is contemplating on how policy makers are thinking about crypto and blockchain. 

Sheila Warren, Head of the Blockchain and Digital Assets team at the World Economic Forum (WEF) will be taking the stage in the fireside with Monica Long, Ripple’s SVP of Marketing. At the WEF, they will be addressing several questions together.

Warren will look deep in to what it takes to design inclusively and with user protection in mind. She will also be looking in to how policymakers are thinking about digital currencies and blockchain technology today and tomorrow.

Warren states that she understands first-hand the importance of discussion, and the clear policy frameworks to realize the transformative potential of these technologies. 

Also, the blockchain technology embeds ethics, inclusion, and integrity into our increasingly connected, but a financially divided world.

At the WEF, Warren is set to talk about the importance of community creation between regulators and central banks.  She opines that this will in turn encourage continual exploration and implementation of these technologies.  

As a method of kick starting the principles in to action, WEF’s Global Blockchain Council have announced the creation of the “Presidio Principles.”  The goal is to align key stakeholders with a fundamental vision of how users will be able to get protection while the blockchain technology continues to develop.

Sydney Ifergan, the crypto expert tweeted:  “Ripple XRP are involved in lot of discussions about solving real-time problems by making use of the blockchain technology.”

Warren will be presenting her expertise in the WEF and it is held as an invite only conference from October 14, 2020 and October 15, 2020.

A lot of discussion is set to happen in this event consisting of payments experts and industry luminaries.  The concept will revolve around trends, successful blockchain implementations and on how the leading financial institutions are able to deal with growing consumer demand for better and inclusive financial systems.

The blockchain industry is continuing to mature and more of real-world problems are getting sorted with the latest developments.
