Slave Lake Zinc Corp. Announces Results of 2022 Shareholders’ Meeting

Vancouver, British Columbia–(Newsfile Corp. – April 21, 2022) – Slave Lake Zinc Corp. (CSE: SLZ) (“Slave Lake” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that at its 2022 annual meeting of shareholders held on April 19, 2022, all items were approved. Jas Rai, Ritch Wigham, Glen Macdonald, Max Braden and Steven Zadka were re-elected to Slave Lake’s board of directors. Mr. Rai continues as the Company’s President, Mr. Wigham continues as the Company’s CEO and Peter Cummings continues as the Company’s CFO.
