Users Can Now Buy XRP and Shiba Inu Using Multiple Banking Payment Methods Worldwide

Shiba Inu enthusiasts can now purchase SHIB using multiple international banking payment methods, thanks to a partnership between BitPay and Banxa.

To expand the payment methods available to its users, BitPay partnered with Canada-based payment provider Banxa.

According to an announcement, the initiative will enable BitPay users across the globe to purchase crypto assets, including XRP and SHIB, easily.

Besides Shiba Inu and XRP, users can leverage the newly added payment methods to purchase other BitPay-supported crypto assets like BTC, ETH, BCH, DOGE, BUSD, USDC, ADA, and LTC.

BitPay Newly Added Payment Methods

As a result of the BitPay and Banxa partnership, the following payment methods are now available on the BitPay platform.

iDEAL

Thanks to the partnership, BitPay has now added iDeal as a payment method on its platform. Consequently, crypto enthusiasts in the Netherlands can purchase XRP, SHIB, and other cryptos with iDEAL via the BitPay wallet or website.

SEPA (Instant & Standard)

This banking payment method will make it easy for Europeans to purchase SHIB, XRP, and BTC through the BitPay platform.

ACH (Instant & Standard)

ACH is one of the payment methods added to the BitPay platform following the Banxa partnership. With its integration, holders resident in the United States can acquire XRP and SHIB using ACH as a payment method.

Interac 

This payment method was added exclusively for crypto enthusiasts in Canada. BitPay now offers Interac as a payment method, enabling the crypto community in Canada to buy XRP, SHIB and other supported crypto assets.

Faster Payment System (FPS) 

The FPS payment method was added as a payment method on BitPay in order to serve the crypto community in the United Kingdom. This option allows UK residents to buy XRP and SHIB via the BitPay wallet and website.

PayID 

Buying XRP and SHIB in Australia via the BitPay platform has now been made easy following the addition of the PayID payment method. PayID offers Australians a convenient method of buying XRP and SHIB directly from their bank accounts.

POLi 

This payment method will allow New Zealand residents to buy XRP and SHIB on BitPay directly from their bank accounts.

PIX 

The PIX payment method will serve the crypto community in Brazil, allowing members to purchase XRP, SHIB, and other assets on the BitPay platform.

Turkey Bank Transfer

With this payment method, crypto enthusiasts in Turkey can buy all BitPay-supported crypto assets, including XRP and SHIB, in minutes.

Other payment methods added on BitPay through the Banxa partnership include South Africa Bank Transfer, SPEI, Khipu, PSE, and Thai QR.

Since BitPay added support for Shiba Inu, the cryptocurrency payment provider has been rolling out interesting initiatives that offer real-world use cases for SHIB.

As reported in August, BitPay launched a payment solution that allows Shiba Inu holders to pay bills, ranging from car payments to personal loans.

BitPay has partnered with top payment providers, including Ramp Network and MoonPay, to make Shiba Inu purchases easier.
