Cushman & Wakefield has announced the $18 million sale of The Plaza at 505, a 23,000-square-foot coastal boutique courtyard office complex in Solana Beach, CA. Cushman & Wakefield’s Joe Anderson and Brooks Campbell represented the seller, Beckman Properties while the firm’s Peter Curry represented the buyer, Lansing Companies.
“This is a sophisticated office asset located along the San Diego coast that the buyer can both utilize, while also maintaining control of this solid income-generating asset as an investor,” said Anderson in a news release. “The unique design and quality of The Plaza at 505 offered a rare opportunity to purchase one of North County’s most desirable office buildings.”
The building features distinctive entries and design elements and its location is just a short walk to numerous eateries and amenities. Additionally, The Plaza at 505 is situated less than a mile from the beach and Interstate 5.
